Refund policy

ATS optimiser and CV builder

If your optimised or generated CV scores below 75 on our published ATS-readiness score, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment. We will not add false information to reach the score.

Job packs

• Unused job credits: full refund of the unused share within 7 days of purchase.
• Used credits are not refundable, because the tailored CV and prep sheet have been delivered.

Payment problems

If you were charged but did not receive what you paid for, we will fix it or refund you in full.

How to ask

Email support@example.com with your order number (Account page). Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
